This event will be a One Base tournament and will be held over 3 fishing days.

The dates are:

• 27 - 29 January 2012

Species will be Marlin, Yellowtail, Tuna ( Yellowfin, Bigeye & Southern Bluefin) Albacore, Trevally and Snapper.

Prizes 2011

To be confirmed

• $5000 cash for the heaviest Marlin
• $5000 cash for the heaviest Tuna
• $5000 cash for the heaviest Snapper

And a Bonus $5000 cash to any team that weighs in these three species.( Should more than 1 team weigh in the 3 species then a draw will be held to find the winner).

Further great prizes for all species will be awarded.

• Entry fee - $100 per affiliated anglers with a further $20 for non affiliated anglers.
• Prize giving night - Sunday night (30th January).
• The Monday is Auckland Anniversary Day.
• A limit of 600 anglers will apply

Entry forms will be sent (early October) to those teams who fished the 2010 Tuna Tournament, further entry forms can be picked up from the Club.
